Simona Soare

Artist. Curator. Art Teacher

My art merges my own memories, mystery and mysticism, blurring reality and fantasy. I would like to create a refuge for myself and the viewer. Surreal elements and symbols as time, space, infinity, dreams inspired by the reality evoked in memories, inviting viewers on a captivating journey. I reflect my memories with a a surrealistic expression in a story telling way. I create: drawings, etchings, paintings, installations, mix media, art in public space, performances. I am passioned also about curating art exhibitions and bringing artists together in dialog.
